  • We are committed to patient-centered care. Here at Restorative Behavior, we strongly believe in holistic and preventative care. Did you know that fifty percent of mental illness begins by age 14, and three-quarters begins by age 24? These illnesses rarely pop up out of the blue but are a compilation of small changes over time. Learning about symptoms, warning signs, and early intervention helps reduce the severity. If you’re feeling any of these warning signs, it’s time to talk to a professional. (You’re in the right place!)
  • Sleep or appetite changes
  • Mood changes
  • Withdrawal from social activities you once enjoyed
  • Drop in functioning (school, work, social, recreational)
  • Concentration problems
  • Heightened sensitivity to sights, sounds, smells, touch
  • Apathy (no desire to participate in life/activities)
  • Feeling disconnected (detached from others, isolated, or avoidant)
  • Illogical thinking (exaggerated beliefs or “magical” thinking about events)
  • Nervousness (strong feelings of suspicion or nervousness)
  • Unusual behavior (anything that’s odd, uncharacteristic, peculiar)
  • If you are experiencing one or two of these symptoms, it may indicate it’s time for further evaluation. If you are feeling suicidal, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, this requires immediate attention.

Cost Transparency

Out of Pocket Fees and Expenses

  • Initial session: $250 for 60 minutes 
  • Ongoing session: $125-250 for 30 minutes 
    • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
    • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
    • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

Out-of-pocket fees are due at the time of visit. NO EXCEPTIONS! Restorative Behavior collects all identified co-pays at the time of the visit. After your visit, Restorative Behavior will submit a bill (also called a claim) to your insurance company. The claim will list the services provided to you. Your insurance company will use the information in the claim to pay your covered cost for the services provided. Any non-covered cost will become the responsibility of the responsible party.
